Why I need the iSTEPup Foundation
I am applying for support from the iSTEPup Foundation because I am committed to pursuing Diploma in state registered Nurse and also build a career in healthcare. Nursing is a profession that requires dedication, knowledge, and practical skills, and I want to acquire the necessary training to provide safe and compassionate care to patients and contribute to improving the health of my community.
However, the financial costs associated with nursing education, including tuition fees, books, uniforms, transportation, accommodation, and other learning materials, are difficult for me and my family to meet. Without financial assistance, these challenges may affect my ability to continue and successfully complete my nursing education.
Support from the iSTEPup Foundation would give me the opportunity to pursue my nursing studies with greater financial stability and focus on my studies. It would help me develop the knowledge and clinical skills needed to become a competent State Registered Nurse.
My long-term goal is to use my nursing skills to serve patients, support my community, and contribute to improving healthcare delivery in Sierra Leone. I believe that education is an important investment in the future, and the support of the iSTEPup Foundation would help me achieve my goal of becoming a qualified nurse and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
